school record definition
school record means the information requested of the applicant by the center to help determine the appropriateness of the applicant's admission. The information requested must relate to the areas of review as described in part 3600.0030, subpart 6, and includes for example, a transcript of courses taken at the secondary level and their accompanying grades; secondary level attendance records; information about the high school content standards under chapter 3501 attempted or completed by the applicant; and a certified record from the applicant's previous secondary schools regarding grades and standards completed and recommendation. This recommendation must be completed by the applicant's school counselor or teacher of English, math, science, social studies, or world languages.
