School record definition

School record means the information requested of the applicant by the center to help determine the appropriateness of the applicant's admission. The information requested must relate to the areas of review as described in part3600.0030, subpart 6, and includes for example, a transcript of courses taken at the secondary level and their accompanying grades; secondary level attendance records; information about the high school content standards under chapter 3501 attempted or completed by the applicant; and a certified record from the applicant's previous secondary schools regarding grades and standards completed and recommendation. This recommendation must be completed by the applicant's school counselor or teacher of English, math, science, social studies, or world languages.

  • Personnel record means a record kept by the employer that identifies the employee, to the extent that the record is used or has been used, or may affect or be used relative to that employee's qualifications for employment, promotion, transfer, additional compensation, or disciplinary action. A personnel record shall include a record in the possession of a person, corporation, partnership, or other association who has a contractual agreement with the employer to keep or supply a personnel record as provided in this subdivision. A personnel record shall not include:

  • Pupil Records Means both of the following: (1) Any information that directly relates to a pupil that is maintained by LEA and (2) any information acquired directly from the pupil through the use of instructional software or applications assigned to the pupil by a teacher or other local educational LEA employee.

Section 1232g(a)(4)) [see FL] and information in a record of an applicant for admission to an educa- tional institution, including a transfer applicant.

  • Customer of Record means the person that applies for utility service and is identified in the account records of a public utility as the person responsible for payment of the public utility bill. A customer may or may not be an end user, as defined herein.

  • If recorded means if the data is recorded in non-volatile memory for the purpose of subsequent downloading.
