  • Additional or differing terms or conditions proposed by SELLER, included in SELLER's quote, proposal, order acknowledgment, invoice, website or other means are hereby objected to by BUYER and have no effect unless accepted in writing by SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH CORPORATION.
