Scottish Procurement. A branch within the Scottish Procurement & Property Directorate responsible for facilitating User Intelligence Groups, National Category Forums and collaborative procurement exercises for goods and services classified as Category A and B following the review of public procurement in Scotland (XxXxxxxxxx Report).
Scottish Procurement means that part of the Scottish Procurement and Commercial Directorate of the Scottish Executive, with responsibility for developing and implementing procurement strategies for national category A commodities on behalf of all Scottish public sector organisations and includes any successor organisation.
