This Agreement is made under section 1 of the Academies Act 2010 between the Secretary of State for Education (“the Secretary of State”) and The Emmanuel School Trust (the “Academy Trust”).
The requirements of mainstream academies are those set down in Section 1A of the Academies Act 2010.
