Scrum Alliance Sites. [SA Site(s)] means: (a) Scrum Alliance’s primary website (xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx) and any other websites Scrum Alliance owns; and (b) websites with which Scrum Alliance has entered into partnerships for activities including, but not limited to, content sharing and marketing.

Examples of Scrum Alliance Sites in a sentence

  • Scrum Alliance, in Its sole discretion, reserves the right at any time to modify, alter or update this Agreement or any content incorporated herein by reference, including, but not limited to, Appendices, Attachments, Addenda, or material provided on any of the Scrum Alliance Sites.

  • Courses will not be approved for a listing on the Scrum Alliance Sites if it is determined, in Scrum Alliance’s sole, good-faith discretion, that data manipulation was used in order to advance or reposition a course in the course search functionality, or otherwise used to interfere with course sorting, on the Scrum Alliance Sites.

  • All course marketing and promotion must be in compliance with the Scrum Alliance Antitrust Compliance Manual and applicable advertising requirements, if any, set forth on the Scrum Alliance Sites.

  • Scrum Alliance may establish requirements (including, but not limited to, required topics, specific examples and required slides) for each program offering (“Content Requirements and Learning Objectives”), which will be available at the Scrum Alliance Sites, and which Scrum Alliance may update from time to time.

  • All marketing and promotion must be in compliance with the Scrum Alliance Antitrust Compliance Manual and applicable advertising requirements, if any, set forth on the Scrum Alliance Sites.

  • The School Local Measures Committee will reconvene later in the fall to recommend which grade/subjects shall be included in these teachers’ individual Local Measures.

  • You are required to get all courses approved by Us before posting such courses to the Scrum Alliance Sites or otherwise offering such courses.

  • Project Site(s) means the place(s) specified in the SCC for the supply and installation of the System.

  • Base Load Generation Resource means a Generation Capacity Resource that operates at least 90 percent of the hours that it is available to operate, as determined by the Office of the Interconnection in accordance with the PJM Manuals.

  • Manufacturing operation means a process in which materials are changed, converted, or transformed into a different state or form from which they previously existed and includes refining materials, assembling parts, and preparing raw materials and parts by mixing, measuring, blending, or otherwise committing such materials or parts to the manufacturing process.
