SDWAN Service means software defined wide area network which decouples the networking hardware from its control mechanism and enables secure communication across commercially available Internet access which is a layer-3 service according to the OSI model;

  • Notwithstanding anything in the Agreement, you expressly agree that the terms of your Agreement with us for SD-WAN Service, including but not limited to these T&Cs, are applicable for, and intended to inure to the benefit of, any Representative(s) including any underlying third party provider with respect to the SD-WAN Service, and you acknowledge and agree that such Representative(s) and/or underlying providers shall be third party beneficiaries hereof.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Start of Service for a component of Service comprised of Equipment of any kind (other than CPE related to SD-WAN Service) will be the date of delivery to Customer’s designated location.

  • Except as explicitly set forth elsewhere in the Agreement, Customer does not acquire any rights in or license to any component of the SD-WAN Service or any intellectual property rights thereto.

  • Further, Customer agrees not to use the Equipment with any unsupported hardware or software or use the SD-WAN Service other than as prescribed by this Agreement and any supporting documentation or for any unlawful purpose.

  • The SD-WAN Service is not designed, intended, authorized or warranted for use or inclusion in life support, nor in life endangering applications where failure or inaccuracy might cause death or personal injury.
