Company Service definition

Company Service means the Company's email, Internet, security management services provided to End Users for the purposes of conducting Company's internal business.

Company Service means service as an Employee and includes subsequent service as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company or a Subsidiary, if any, as provided in this paragraph. Notwithstanding any contrary provision or implication herein, in determining cessation of Company Service for purposes hereof, transfers between the Company and/or any Subsidiary shall be disregarded and shall not be considered a cessation of Company Service, and changes in status between that of an Employee and a Non-Employee Director shall be disregarded and shall not be considered a cessation of Company Service.

Company Service means the length of service within the Company and shall commence from the most recent date of hire with the Company. Company service shall be used to determine vacation allotment.

Examples of Company Service in a sentence

• Company Service date should not be confused with Craft Seniority (see paragraph C, below) which is used for most bidding purposes.

• The Company Service date reflects adjustments for periods of inactive ser- vice as defined herein.

• It is Customer’s sole responsibility to pay all charges or fees assessed by any third party service provider that Customer accesses via any Company Service.

• The foregoing items may be affected by any absence in accordance with the specific Clauses contained in this agreement Temporary employees who become permanent employees will be given their Company Service date for continuous employment, which will be established by back-dating the permanent employment date by the number of hours worked into days and months.

• The adjusted Company Service date is retained until the employee is separated from Company employment.

More Definitions of Company Service

Company Service means any service with the Company or any Affiliate in which the Company have at least a 51% ownership interest.

Company Service means the Participant’s aggregate number of years of employment with the Company and its Subsidiaries during periods when those entities were Subsidiaries.

Company Service means the Grantee’s aggregate number of years of employment with the Company and any Subsidiary, including employment with any Subsidiary during the period before it became a Subsidiary.
