Sears Holdings definition

Sears Holdings means Sears Holdings Corporation, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Delaware having a place of business at ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, Hoffman Estates, Illinois 60179.
Sears Holdings shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals of this Agreement.
Sears Holdings or “Sears” means Sears Holdings Corporation and its 22 consolidated subsidiaries, including, without limitation, Sears, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ 23 and Co. and Kmart Corporation, and their successors, predecessors, 24 assigns, affiliates, parent companies, subsidiaries, shareholders, officers, 25 directors, agents, insurers, attorneys, and employees.

  • Executive shall not be eligible for any benefits under the Sears Holdings Corporation Master Transition Pay Plan or the Kmart Corporation Master Severance Pay Plan or any successor severance plan or program.

  • These Terms and Conditions (as they may be amended from time to time,) apply to all members of the SHS HW Program, offered by Sears Holdings Management Corporation (together with its affiliated companies, “Company”).
