Examples of Sears Store in a sentence

  • Seller will notify Buyer of each Sears Store location that Seller or its Affiliates intend to close.

  • School uniforms can be purchased from Land’s End located at 7205 West Dempster in Niles, and any Sears Store Land’s End Department.

  • In addition, Buyer will notify Seller in writing (at least 5 days prior to signing a lease for such location) of any: (i) New HTS Store locations that are within 9 miles (using the most logical driving distance) of a Sears Store, and (ii) new Sears Outlet Store locations that are that are within 3 miles of a Sears Store (using the most logical driving distance).

  • System Software means Software that provides the operating and management instructions for the underlying hardware and other components, and is identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Systems Software. Such System Software includes, but is not restricted to, micro-code embedded in hardware (i.e., “firmware”), operating systems, communications, system and network management, and utility software.

  • Retail marijuana store means an entity licensed to purchase Retail Marijuana from a Retail Marijuana Cultivation Facility and to purchase Retail Marijuana Product from a Retail Marijuana Products Manufacturing Facility and to sell Retail Marijuana and Retail Marijuana Product to consumers.

It may be owned, managed, and operated by the Requester, a third party, or some combination of them, and it may exist on or off premises.

  • Access Channel means any Channel, or portion thereof, designated for Access purposes or otherwise made available to facilitate or transmit Access programming or services.

  • Outdoor cultivation means the cultivation of mature cannabis without the use of artificial lighting or light deprivation in the canopy area at any point in time. Artificial lighting is permissible only to maintain immature plants outside the canopy area.
