Second Acceptance Period definition

Second Acceptance Period is defined in Section 10.01(b).

Examples of Second Acceptance Period in a sentence

  • The Bidder undertakes to open and close the First Acceptance Period, Second Acceptance Period and any other acceptance periods of the Belgian Offer and the US Offer simultaneously (to the extent permitted by Applicable Law).

  • Acceptance period, as used in this provision, means the number of calendar days available to the PHA/IHA for awarding a contract from the date specified in this solicitation for receipt of bids.

  • Final completion and acceptance means the stage in the progress of the work as determined by the Contracting Officer and confirmed in writing to the Contractor, at which all work required under the contract has been completed in a satisfactory manner, subject to the discovery of defects after final completion, and except for items specifically excluded in the notice of final acceptance.

  • Date of Acceptance means the date, which appears on the Notice of Acceptance and if no date appears is the date on which the Principal sent the Notice of Acceptance accepting the Contractor’s Tender.

  • Final Acceptance Date means, in respect of any Offer, the final date for acceptance of such Offer which, if such Offer is extended prior to becoming unconditional, shall be the final date for acceptance of the extended Offer (but, if such Offer is or becomes unconditional, disregarding any additional or further period during which such Offer is open for acceptance);

  • Assignment and Acceptance Agreement means an assignment and acceptance agreement entered into by a Committed Lender, an Eligible Assignee, such Committed Lender’s Group Agent and the Administrative Agent, and, if required, the Borrower, pursuant to which such Eligible Assignee may become a party to this Agreement, in substantially the form of Exhibit C hereto.

  • Commitment and Acceptance is defined in Section 2.18(b).

  • XXXX Acceptance Form means the “Acceptance Form for End User License Agreement (for SAP On Premise indirect sales)” which will be provided by SAP on a deal by deal basis.

  • Acceptance Day shall have the meaning specified in paragraph 2B(5).

  • Incremental Auction Revenue Rights means the additional Auction Revenue Rights, not previously feasible, created by the addition of Incremental Rights-Eligible Required Transmission Enhancements, Merchant Transmission Facilities, or of one or more Customer- Funded Upgrades.

  • Prior Month Receipt Period With respect to each Distribution Date, the calendar month preceding the month in which such Distribution Date occurs.

  • Final Acceptance Certificate means the certificate that shall be issued by the Engineer to the Contractor upon the satisfactory completion of the contract by the Contractor.

  • Discounted Prepayment Effective Date means in the case of a Borrower Offer of Specified Discount Prepayment or Borrower Solicitation of Discount Range Prepayment Offer, five (5) Business Days following the receipt by each relevant Term Lender of notice from the Auction Agent in accordance with Section 2.11(a)(ii)(B), Section 2.11(a)(ii)(C) or Section 2.11(a)(ii)(D), as applicable unless a shorter period is agreed to between the Borrower and the Auction Agent.

  • Initial Contract Period means the period from the Commencement Date to the date of expiry set out in clause A2 (Initial Contract Period), or such earlier date of termination or partial termination of the agreement in accordance with the Law or the provisions of the Contract.

  • Resolution Extension Period As defined in Section 2.03(b).
