Second Amendment definition

Second Amendment means the Second Amendment to Second Amended and Restated Revolving Credit and Term Loan Agreement and Amendment to other Loan Documents, dated as of August 1, 2018, by and among the Borrower, the other Loan Parties, the Lenders party thereto and the Administrative Agent.

Second Amendment means that certain Second Amendment to Credit Agreement, dated as of the Second Amendment Effective Date, among, inter alios, the Parent, each Borrower, the Guarantors, the Original Administrative Agent, the Administrative Agent and the Required Lenders.

Second Amendment means that certain Second Amendment to Credit Agreement, dated as of February 1, 2017, among Holdings, the Borrower, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders and other Credit Parties party thereto.

Examples of Second Amendment in a sentence

• The Original Agreement, collectively with the First Amendment, Second Amendment, Third Amendment, and Fourth Amendment are referred to herein as the “Agreement.” Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in the Agreement.
