Tenth Amendment definition

Tenth Amendment means that certain Tenth Amendment to Credit Agreement, dated as of November 15, 2019, among Holdings, the Borrower, the other Credit Parties party thereto, the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent and the Lenders party thereto.

Tenth Amendment means that certain Tenth Amendment to Revolving Credit and Security Agreement, dated as of the Tenth Amendment Date, by and among Borrowers, Lenders and Agent.

Tenth Amendment means the Tenth Amendment to Second Amended and Restated First Lien Credit Agreement dated as of March 3, 2015 among the Borrower, EPL, the Lenders, the Administrative Agent and the other Persons party thereto.

Examples of Tenth Amendment in a sentence

• Except as explicitly set forth in this Tenth Amendment, each initially capitalized term when used herein shall have the same respective meaning as is set forth in the Lease.

• In the event of any conflict between the Lease and this Tenth Amendment, this Tenth Amendment shall prevail.
