Second Exercise Price definition

Second Exercise Price means $18.00 per share of Common Stock purchasable upon exercise of a Warrant, such Second Exercise Price to be adjusted from time to time as provided herein.
Second Exercise Price means, in respect of each Warrant, S$2.28 for each New Share, subject to adjustment in accordance with Condition 5;
