Examples of Second Outside Date in a sentence
As used in this Agreement, the term “Outside Date” shall mean the Initial Outside Date, unless extended pursuant to the foregoing sentence, in which case, the term “Outside Date” shall mean the Second Outside Date.
The “Second Outside Date” shall mean the date sixty (60) days after the Estimated Substantial Completion Date; provided, however, that the Second Outside Date shall be extended by the length of any delays in Landlord’s Work arising from Force Majeure, Tenant Delays and/or Existing Tenant Delays.

In the event that the Redeveloper is, for any reason, not able to proceed to the Phase 2 Closing by the Second Outside Date, the Redeveloper shall, no later than seven (7) days after the Second Outside Date, transfer the New Town Parcel to the Town at no cost to the Town.
