Offer Closing Date definition

Offer Closing Date has the meaning set forth in Section 1.01(f).

Offer Closing Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(e).

Offer Closing Date means the date on which the acceptance for payment and payment by Purchaser for shares of Company Common Stock tendered pursuant to the Offer occurs.
