Second Phase definition

Second Phase means the period following the end of the First Phase and prior to the Termination Date.
Second Phase means the second phase of the Basic Exploration Stage described in Article 2.1(a) of this Agreement.
Second Phase has the meaning set forth in Section 7.3(a).

Second Phase means the period from the end of the Transition Phase to the end of three

Second Phase means, with respect to a particular jurisdiction, the period from the end of the First Phase until the date that is 18 months after the date of this Agreement, or as may be mutually agreed by the parties.
Second Phase means that part of the Building Complex which is being constructed by the Vendors on the said Land.
