Phase 2 definition

Phase 2 means the phase of the ATP comprised of: (1) improvements to the State Street Substation to receive Rebuilt Line 972; (2) the rebuilding of NYSEG’s existing Line 972 not performed in Phase 1; (3) construction of Relocated Line 15; (4) the construction of Bused Line 5; (5) improvements to the Elbridge Substation to receive Relocated Line 15; and (6) improvements to the Elbridge Substation to receive Bused Line 5.
Phase 2 means the second implementation phase of this section, beginning June 1, 2022 and continuing thereafter.
Phase 2 means the time period beginning the date a Facility is turned over to Owner and ending on the date of Substantial Completion of Subproject 1.

Examples of Phase 2 in a sentence

  • The Construction Documents services described in Phase 2 and Construction Administration services described in Phase 3 are a future scope of work and are not included in this fee.

  • The Phase 2 Required Submissions shall consist of the following: (i) Application Form; (ii) Building Plans for Buildings 4, 5, and 6; (iii) Phase 2 Permit Fee; (iv) Phase 2 Escrow Agreement; and the (v) Phase 2 Escrow Deposit.

  • Upon receipt of the Phase 2 Required Submissions the Building Inspector shall transmit the building plans to the Consultant within 3 business days.

More Definitions of Phase 2

Phase 2 means a human clinical trial of a Licensed Compound, the principal purpose of which is a determination of safety and efficacy in the target patient population, which is prospectively designed to generate sufficient data that may permit commencement of pivotal clinical trials, or a similar clinical study prescribed by the Regulatory Authorities, from time to time, pursuant to Applicable Law or otherwise, including the trials referred to in 21 C.F.R. §312.21(b), as amended.
Phase 2 means Phase 2A and Phase 2B;
