Phase 2 definition

Phase 2 means the phase of the ATP comprised of: (1) improvements to the State Street Substation to receive Rebuilt Line 972; (2) the rebuilding of NYSEG’s existing Line 972 not performed in Phase 1; (3) construction of Relocated Line 15; (4) the construction of Bused Line 5; (5) improvements to the Elbridge Substation to receive Relocated Line 15; and (6) improvements to the Elbridge Substation to receive Bused Line 5.
Phase 2 means the second implementation phase of this section, beginning June 1, 2022 and continuing thereafter.
Phase 2 means a human clinical trial of a Licensed Compound or Licensed Product, the principal purpose of which is a determination of safety and efficacy in the target patient population, which is prospectively designed to generate sufficient data that may permit commencement of pivotal clinical trials, or a similar clinical study prescribed by the Regulatory Authorities, from time to time, pursuant to Applicable Law or otherwise, including the trials referred to in 21 C.F.R. §312.21(b), as amended.

Examples of Phase 2 in a sentence

  • The term of this Agreement will be from the Effective Date until the earlier of (i) termination in accordance with the terms and conditions contained herein, and (ii) Final Completion of Phase 2.

  • At the Phase 1 Closing (and the Phase 2 Closing, as applicable), City shall convey to Developer fee simple title to the Phase 1 Residential Site (and the Phase 2 Residential Site) and a leasehold interest in the Leased Site, “AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS” and subject to the Permitted Exceptions.

  • If an Event of Default by Developer with respect to its Phase 2 obligations occurs prior to the Phase 2 Closing, City shall have, as its sole and exclusive remedy, the right to terminate Developer’s rights with respect to the Phase 2 development.

More Definitions of Phase 2

Phase 2 means the time period beginning the date a Facility is turned over to Owner and ending on the date of Substantial Completion of Subproject 1.
Phase 2 means the period commencing on the day after the Phase 1 implementation date and ending on the Phase 2 implementation date (as defined below); and
