Landlord shall, within five (5) days of receipt of Tenant’s Second Renewal Notice, deliver a Lease amendment solely documenting the new terms for the Second Renewal Option as set forth above.
In the event Tenant fails to deliver the First Renewal Notice or Second Renewal Notice, as the case may be, within the time periods set forth above, time being of the essence with respect to Tenant’s exercise thereof, Tenant’s right to extend the term hereof shall automatically terminate, be null and void, and be of no further force and effect.
