Second Source Supplier definition

Second Source Supplier means a contract manufacturer, which is retained to produce API in the event of an interruption to LGLS’s supply, and which has an existing manufacturing plant suitable for the production of API.
Second Source Supplier shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.
Second Source Supplier means a Third Party qualified by or on behalf of Customer (or any Affiliate) and approved by the appropriate Regulatory Authority to be a second source manufacturer and supplier of the API to Customer, its Affiliates and/or any of their respective designees.

  • For purposes of clarity, in the event a Force Majeure Event is preventing Manufacturer from manufacturing and supplying API to Customer, Customer shall have the right to purchase its requirements of API from any Second Source Supplier and such amounts of API purchased under this Section 26 during a given year shall not be factored into the calculation of Annual Commercial API Requirement for such year.

  • service supplier means any person that supplies a service;
