Sub-Management Fee definition

Sub-Management Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.1.
Sub-Management Fee means the “Fee” as defined in this Sub-Management Agreement.

  • Sub-Manager shall be entitled to retain such Sub-Management Fee from the Gross Revenues in accordance with Section 6.01 A of the Management Agreement, provided Sub-Manager remits the remaining 0.75% percent of the Base Management Fee to Manager within twenty (20) days after the close of each Accounting Period.

  • The applicable Sub-Management Fee shall be calculated in accordance with the following with respect to the applicable Sub-Manager and assets managed by such Sub-Manager.

  • For the purposes of this Agreement, “Prior Fees” shall mean, as of the date of determination, the average of the monthly Fee and Sub-Management Fee payable hereunder and under any Sub-Management Agreement, respectively, during the twelve (12) full calendar months immediately prior to such date.

  • Property Management Fee means the fee payable to the Manager for its day-to-day management of the Property pursuant to the Management Agreement.
