Secondary Subcontractor definition

Secondary Subcontractor means the Subcontractor’s subcontractors, suppliers and consultants.
Secondary Subcontractor means the subcontractor(s) engaged by the Subcontractor;
Secondary Subcontractor means a specialist subcontractor who is retained by Amdocs to perform services that are not material to this Agreement.

  • Sub-subcontractor means a Person engaged by a Subcontractor to perform a portion of the Trade Contractor Work. The term “Sub-Subcontractor” also includes any lower tier Persons engaged by Sub-Subcontractor to perform a portion of the Trade Contractor Work.
