Period of the Contract definition

Period of the Contract means the dates specified in this Contract during which the Service is to be provided (see 2.2 below).
Period of the Contract means the period extending from the date that the Contractor and the Company both sign the Contract to the expiration of the concurrent Guarantee Period and Period of Beneficial Use of the final Supplies and Services delivered to the Company under the Contract. The expiration of the Contract will occur at the conclusion of the period of Beneficial Use and the Final Acceptance by the Company;

  • If any required payment is not received by the Premium due date of the Contract Month, then You will be terminated at the end of the Grace Period of the Contract Month.

  • You will be responsible for the cost of services rendered to You during the Grace Period of the Contract Month in the event that Premium payments are not made by Group.

  • The Percentage Fee for each Contract Year shall be Ten percent (10%) of the Contractor’s Gross Receipts during the Operating Period of the Contract.

  • TERM OF CONTRACT 3.1 Period of the Contract The Work must be completed in accordance with the Call-up against the Standing Offer.

  • During the First Period of the Contract Term, Seller shall be paid a Monthly Energy Payment for the Energy delivered by the Seller to Edison at the Point of Interconnection pursuant to the Energy Payment Option selected by Seller in Section 1.12, as follows.

Related to Period of the Contract

  • Period of Takaful means the period of Takaful shown in the Schedule.

  • Commencement Date of the Contract means the date of signing of the Contract between the Purchaser and the Contractor.

  • Period of Work means the time during which an employee is at the disposal of the employer;

  • Period of Agreement means 5 years from the date of Final acceptance of the Project.

  • Period of Insurance means the period commencing from the retroactive date and terminating on the expiry date as shown in the Policy Schedule.

  • Period of Service means the aggregate of all periods of service commencing with an Employee's first day of employment or reemployment with the Employer or an Affiliated Employer and ending on the first day of a Period of Severance, or for benefit accrual purposes, ending on the severance from service date. The first day of employment or reemployment is the first day the Employee performs an Hour of Service. An Employee who incurs a Period of Severance of twelve (12) months or less will also receive service-spanning credit by treating any such period as a Period of Service for purposes of eligibility and vesting (but not benefit accrual). For purposes of benefit accrual, a Participant's whole year Periods of Service is equal to the sum of all full and partial periods of service, whether or not such service is continuous or contiguous, expressed in the number of whole years represented by such sum. For this purpose, fractional periods of a year will be expressed in terms of days.

  • Period of Maintenance means the specified period of maintenance from the date of completion of the works, as certified by the Engineer.

  • Period of Extended Hire means any additional period that the Hirer wishes the Agency Worker to be supplied for beyond the duration of the original Assignment or series of assignments as an alternative to paying a Transfer Fee;

  • Period of Coverage means the Plan Year, with the following exceptions: (a) for Employees who first become eligible to participate, it shall mean the portion of the Plan Year following the date on which participation commences, as described in Section 3.1; and (b) for Employees who terminate participation, it shall mean the portion of the Plan Year prior to the date on which participation terminates, as described in Section 3.2.

  • Period of Severance means a continuous period of time during which an Employee is not employed by the Employer. Such period begins on the date the Employee retires, quits or is discharged, or if earlier, the twelve (12) month anniversary of the date on which the Employee was otherwise first absent from service.

  • Employee assigned to the contract means an employee who was hired after November 6, 1986, who is directly performing work, in the United States. An employee is not considered to be directly performing work under a contract if the employee—

  • Minimum Period of Service means a period of 12 consecutive months beginning on the Service Start Date, unless set out otherwise in any applicable Order.

  • Period of restoration means the period of time that:

  • Enrollee point-of-service cost-sharing or "cost-sharing" means amounts paid to health carriers directly providing services, health care providers, or health care facilities by enrollees and may include copayments, coinsurance, or deductibles.

  • Period of Affordability means the time during which HOME Loan financed units must remain affordable to eligible households, as defined by HOME program regulations and this Plan. The Period of Affordability shall commence upon completion of the project and shall run for the period required under HOME regulations or the term of the HOME Loan, whichever is greater. Completion shall be defined as set forth in the HUD regulations for the HOME program.

  • Covered service means a health care service provided to a

  • Supervising physician means any physician licensed under Iowa Code chapter 148, 150, or 150A. The supervising physician is responsible for medical direction of emergency medical care personnel when such personnel are providing emergency medical care.

  • Parties to the Contract means the ‘The Vendor’ and the Purchaser as named in the main body of the Purchase Order.

  • Contract Term means period of performance set forth in the paragraph entitled “Term” contained in Exhibit E.

  • Continuous period of creditable coverage means the period during which an individual was covered by creditable coverage, if during the period of the coverage the individual had no breaks in coverage greater than sixty-three (63) days.

  • Group contract means a contract for health care services which by its terms limits eligibility to members of a specified group. The group contract may include coverage for dependents.

  • Contract Year means each period of twelve (12) consecutive months during the Initial Term of this Agreement, with the first Contract Year commencing on the Effective Date, and with each subsequent Contract Year commencing on the anniversary of the Effective Date.

  • insurance period means a contribution period or an equivalent period;

  • Approved Contractor means an “Approved Contractor” specified in the Key Details.

  • Period of Cover means the duration of Your cover as stated in Your Policy Documents.
