Secondhand Article definition

Secondhand Article means any goods sold at resale, except as specifically provided for herein.
Secondhand Article means owned by any person, except a wholesaler, retailer, or licensed second article dealer, immediately before the transaction at hand.

Secondhand Article means any article or object, with the exception of clothing and books, that has previously been bought or sold at retail and/or which has been previously used and/or is not in a new condition.
