Secret Code definition

Secret Code means individually and collectively any Login Details which we require you or an Authorised User to keep secret, including any Password, PIN or SMS Code.
Secret Code means the 4 (four) digit secret identification number chosen by the Sender which the Recipient of the Money needs to use at a Shoprite/Checkers/Usave to redeem the Money, for a particular transaction, sent to them by the Sender.
Secret Code means each of your secret access codes (a combination of letters, numbers, or both that confirms your identity) that allow you to access your Accounts and authorize Transactions or use a particular Service. Examples of these codes are your PIN (personal identification number for your Debit Card), TelePIN (personal identification number for Telephone Banking), Online Banking Password (access code for Online Banking and Mobile Banking), and Security Device Code (code displayed on a security device we gave you for your confidential use).

  • The User must then create a five-digit Secret Code, which is used to identify the User and secure the Secret Key on the User's Device.

  • When a person presents the Reference Number and the Secret Code, we will assume that it is someone you, the Sender, have authorised to receive the Cash and, subject to these terms and conditions, we will pay the Cash to such person, unless the Cash has been paid out already.

  • You agree to notify, and to cause your Authorized Signatories to notify, us by telephone or in writing as soon as possible, but in any event, within 24 hours of learning that the confidentiality of a Secret Code has been compromised by any means.

  • You are responsible or liable for other Losses from authorized or unauthorized use of a Debit Card, Secret Code, or Service.

  • We will not be liable to you or any third party for any Losses that you may incur as a result of your confidential or other information being released to or obtained by a third-party due to your compromising the confidentiality of a Secret Code.

  • You will also be liable for all Losses which result if you intentionally contribute to unauthorized use of any Access Card or Secret Code.

  • You will not be liable for Losses which result from unauthorized use of an Access Card or a Secret Code after you notify CIBC in accordance with paragraph 1 (h) of the loss, theft or misuse of the Access Card through which such Losses occur, or that the specific Secret Code through which those Losses occur was disclosed to, learned or obtained by anyone else, or may have become known by anyone else.

  • If a User enters the Secret Code incorrectly three times in a row, KBC Sign will be blocked.

  • You must keep and will be responsible if any Authorized User does not keep each Access Card and its corresponding Secret Code separate from one another at all times.

  • You will be liable for the following losses: • Losses from Authorized Use of Access Card or Secret Code.

Secret Code. – means the digits used to verify you when you call us.
Secret Code means an OTP allocated for any transaction sent to a person who does not have a Wallet. An Agent will require the Secret Code when such a person tries to Cash-out;
Secret Code means the 4 (four) digit secret identification number that the Sender chooses to give him/her or his/her intended Recipient access to the Cash which is associated with a particular instruction.
Secret Code means individually and collectively any Login Details which we require you or an Authorised User to keep secret, including any Password, PIN or SMS Code. 13 This is a banking service to which the Banking Code of Practice (‘BCOP’) applies. The BCOP is an industry code which sets standards of good banking conduct for banks, their staff and their representatives. The BCOP applies to these Terms and Conditions if you are an individual or a small business (as defined in the BCOP).
Secret Code means the four-digit code we have issued to an Authorized User under this agreement.
Secret Code means each combination of numbers or letters selected by you, or given to you by CIBC, for use by you as a means of identifying and enabling you to use the Service, including without limitation, the Personal Identification Number ("PIN") used at ABM/Debit Terminals. You may have more than one Access Card issued as part of the Service. Each such Access Card shall have its own Secret Code.

  • Sort code means the 6-digit code that identifies a particular bank and bank branch in the Republic of Ireland;

  • Trade Secret Information means all information, regardless of the form or medium in which it is or was created, stored, reflected or preserved, that is not commonly known by or generally available to the public and that: (i) derives or creates economic value, actual or potential, from not being generally known to, and not being readily ascertainable by proper means by, other persons who can obtain economic value from its disclosure or use; and (ii) is the subject of efforts that are reasonable under the circumstances to maintain its secrecy. The Company’s Trade Secret Information may include, but is not limited to, all confidential information relating to or reflecting the Company’s research and development plans and activities; compilations of data; product plans; sales, marketing and business plans and strategies; pricing, price lists, pricing methodologies and profit margins; current and planned incentive, recognition and rewards programs and services; personnel; inventions, concepts, ideas, designs and formulae; current, past and prospective customer lists; current, past and anticipated customer needs, preferences and requirements; market studies; computer software and programs (including object code and source code); and computer and database technologies, systems, structures and architectures. You understand that Confidential Information and/or Trade Secret Information may or may not be labeled as such, and you shall treat all information that appears to be Confidential Information and/or Trade Secret Information as confidential unless otherwise informed or authorized by the Company. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to mean that Company owns any intellectual property or ideas that were conceived by you before you commenced employment with Company and which you have previously disclosed to the Company. Subject to Section 4.3(b), nothing in this Section 4.3(a) shall prevent you from complying with a valid legal requirement (whether by oral questions, interrogatories, requests for information or documents, subpoena, civil investigative demand or similar process) to disclose any Confidential Information or Trade Secret Information.

  • Trade Secret License means any agreement, whether written or oral, providing for the grant by or to any Grantor of any right in, to or under any Trade Secret.

  • Object Code means computer software that is substantially or entirely in binary form and that is intended to be directly executable by a computer after suitable processing and linking but without any intervening steps of compilation or assembly.

  • Trade Secret Licenses means any and all agreements providing for the granting of any right in or to Trade Secrets (whether such Grantor is licensee or licensor thereunder).

  • Secret or “Top Secret”; or  is exempt information as set out in Part 2 of FOISA (disregarding for that purpose whether a provision of Part 2 does not confer absolute exemption within the meaning of section 2(2) of FOISA).

  • Proprietary Information and Technology means any and all of the following: works of authorship, computer programs, source code and executable code, whether embodied in software, firmware or otherwise, assemblers, applets, compilers, user interfaces, application programming interfaces, protocols, architectures, documentation, annotations, comments, designs, files, records, schematics, test methodologies, test vectors, emulation and simulation tools and reports, hardware development tools, models, tooling, prototypes, breadboards and other devices, data, data structures, databases, data compilations and collections, inventions (whether or not patentable), invention disclosures, discoveries, improvements, technology, proprietary and confidential ideas and information, know-how and information maintained as trade secrets, tools, concepts, techniques, methods, processes, formulae, patterns, algorithms and specifications, customer lists and supplier lists and any and all instantiations or embodiments of the foregoing or any Intellectual Property Rights in any form and embodied in any media.

  • Proprietary Technology means the technical innovations that are unique and

  • Grid Code / “IEGC” or “State Grid Code” shall mean the Grid Code specified by the Central Commission under clause (h) of sub-section (1) of Section 79 of the Electricity Act and/or the State Grid Code as specified by the concerned State Commission referred under clause (h) of sub-section (1) of Section 86 of the Electricity Act, as applicable;

  • Trade Secrets means trade secrets, know-how and other confidential or proprietary technical, business and other information, including manufacturing and production processes and techniques, research and development information, technology, drawings, specifications, designs, plans, proposals, technical data, financial, marketing and business data, pricing and cost information, business and marketing plans, customer and supplier lists and information, and all rights in any jurisdiction to limit the use or disclosure thereof.

  • IBC Code means Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 as amended from time to time;

  • Proprietary Software means computer software developed for and owned by the Failed Bank for its own purpose and use.

  • Proprietary school means a school that uses a certain plan or method to teach a trade, occupation, or vocation for a consideration, reward, or promise of any kind. Proprietary school includes, but is not limited to, a private business, trade, or home study school. Proprietary school does not include any of the following:

  • Company Proprietary Software means all software owned by the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • JORC Code means the Australasian Code for Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves prepared by the Joint Ore Reserves Committee of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, Australian Institute of Geoscientists and Minerals Council of Australia, as amended;

  • QR Code means a matrix barcode that links to information about a battery model;

  • Mask Works are all mask works or similar rights available for the protection of semiconductor chips, now owned or later acquired.

  • Proprietary medicine means a completely compounded nonprescription drug in its unbroken,

  • Source Code for a work means the preferred form of the work for making modifications to it. “Object code” means any non-source form of a work.

  • Proprietary Rights means all trade secret, patent, copyright, mask work and other intellectual property rights throughout the world.

  • Copyright also means copyright-like laws that apply to other kinds of works, such as semiconductor masks.

  • Procurement Code means §13-1-101, et seq., XXXX 0000, as amended and supplemented from time to time.

  • Company Inventions means any Inventions which (a) relate directly to the business of the Company; (b) relate to the Company’s actual or anticipated research or development; (c) result from any work performed by Employee for the Company, for which equipment, supplies, facility or Company Confidential Information is used; or (d) is developed on any Company time.
