Loan Payment Date means any date on which any Bond Service Charges are due and payable.
Final Payment Date means the "Final Payment Date" as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.
Discounted Prepayment Determination Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(a)(v)(D)(3).
Class A-1 Final Scheduled Payment Date means the Payment Date occurring in November 2022.
Disbursement Date is defined in Section 2.6.2.
Payment Date means, with respect to each Collection Period, the 24th day of the calendar month following the end of that Collection Period, or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next Business Day, commencing on November 25, 2013.
Class A-4 Final Scheduled Payment Date means October 15, 2024.
Class A-3 Final Scheduled Payment Date means the Payment Date occurring in April 2027.
