Section 307 definition

Section 307 means Section 307 of the CWA, which provides the process for establishing effluent limitations for those pollutants otherwise known as "priority" pollutants, including pretreatment standards of performance for industrial facility discharges to POTWs.

  • The permittee shall comply with effluent standards or prohibitions established under Section 307 (a) of the Clean Water Act for toxic pollutants within the time provided in the regulations that establish these standards or prohibitions, even if the permit has not yet been modified to incorporate the requirement.

  • Compliance with this permit during its term constitutes compliance with the Virginia State Law and CWA except for any standard imposed under Section 307 of the CWA for a toxic pollutant injurious to human health.

  • The Chief Legal Officer shall have the authority to exercise all powers permitted to be exercised by a chief legal officer pursuant to Section 307 of the Act.

  • The hazard insurance coverage required by this Section 3.07 may be met with blanket policies providing protection equivalent to individual policies otherwise required.

  • Material used for construction or discharged must be free from toxic pollutants in toxic amounts (see Section 307 of the Clean Water Act).

  • Any redemption pursuant to this Section 3.07 shall be made pursuant to the provisions of Sections 3.01 through 3.06 hereof.

  • Solicited Discounted Prepayment Offer means the irrevocable written offer by each Term Lender, substantially in the form of Exhibit O, submitted following the Administrative Agent’s receipt of a Solicited Discounted Prepayment Notice.

  • Discount Range Prepayment Offer means the irrevocable written offer by a Term Lender, substantially in the form of Exhibit L, submitted in response to an invitation to submit offers following the Auction Agent’s receipt of a Discount Range Prepayment Notice.

  • Repayment Dates means, subject to clause 7.3, each of the dates falling at six (6) monthly intervals after the Drawdown Date up to and including the date falling one hundred and forty four (144) months after the Drawdown Date;

  • Specified Discount Prepayment Response Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(a)(v)(B)(1).

  • Repayment Date means, when used with respect to any Security to be repaid at the option of the Holder, the date fixed for such repayment by or pursuant to this Indenture.

  • Optional Prepayment Price shall have the meaning set forth in Section 14.02(a).

  • Permitted Prepayment Date means the Business Day after the second (2nd) anniversary of the first Payment Date

  • Partial Prepayment Amount means the amount required to prepay a portion of the Annual Special Tax obligation for an Assessor’s Parcel as described in Section H.

  • Subparagraph means a portion of this Consent Decree identified by a lower case letter or an arabic numeral in parentheses.

  • Borrower Solicitation of Discount Range Prepayment Offers means the solicitation by the Borrower of offers for, and the corresponding acceptance by a Term Lender of, a voluntary prepayment of Term Loans at a specified range at a discount to par pursuant to Section 2.09(a)(ii)(C).

  • Solicited Discounted Prepayment Response Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(a)(v)(D)(1).

  • Final Repayment Date means the date falling on the earlier of (i) the date falling on the sixth anniversary of the Drawdown Date and (ii) 30 November 2023.

  • Applicable Premium means, with respect to any Note on any Redemption Date, the greater of:

  • Prepayment Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.05(c).

  • Borrower Solicitation of Discounted Prepayment Offers means the solicitation by any Company Party of offers for, and the subsequent acceptance, if any, by a Lender of, a voluntary prepayment of Term Loans at a discount to par pursuant to Section 2.05(a)(v)(D).

  • Optional Prepayment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.10.

  • Required Prepayment Date as defined in Section 2.15(c).
