Secured Bank Product Obligations definition

Secured Bank Product Obligations. Debt, obligations and other liabilities with respect to Bank Products owing by an Obligor to a Secured Bank Product Provider; provided, that Secured Bank Product Obligations of an Obligor shall not include its Excluded Swap Obligations.
Secured Bank Product Obligations means Bank Product Debt owing to a Secured Bank Product Provider, up to the maximum amount (in the case of any Secured Bank Product Provider other than Bank of America, N.A. and its Affiliates or branches) specified by such provider in writing to the Administrative Agent, which amount may be established or increased (by further written notice by either the Lead Borrower or the applicable Secured Bank Product Provider to the Administrative Agent from time to time) as long as no Default or Event of Default then exists and no Overadvance would result from establishment of a Reserve for such amount and all other Secured Bank Product Obligations.
Secured Bank Product Obligations means all debt, obligations and other liabilities owing under Secured Cash Management Agreements and Secured Hedge Agreements; provided that Secured Bank Product Obligations of a Loan Party shall not include the Excluded Swap Obligations of such Loan Party.
