Bank Product Agreements definition

Bank Product Agreements means those agreements entered into from time to time by Borrower or its Subsidiaries with a Bank Product Provider in connection with the obtaining of any of the Bank Products.
Bank Product Agreements means those certain cash management service agreements entered into from time to time between the Borrower, on the one hand, and a Bank Product Provider, on the other hand, in connection with any of the Bank Products, including, without limitation, any Lender-Provided Hedge Agreement with respect to the Borrower's interest rate exposure.
Bank Product Agreements means those agreements entered into from time to time by Administrative Borrower or its Subsidiaries with a Bank Product Provider in connection with the obtaining of any of the Bank Products.
