Bank Products definition

Bank Products means any service or facility extended to any Loan Party by any Lender or its Affiliates including: (a) credit cards, (b) credit card processing services, (c) debit cards, (d) purchase cards, (e) ACH transactions, (f) cash management, including controlled disbursement, accounts or services, or (g) Hedging Agreements.
Bank Products means any services of facilities provided to any Loan Party by the Agent, any Lender, or any of their respective Affiliates, including, without limitation, on account of (a) Swap Contracts, (b) purchase cards, (c) leasing, (d) factoring, and (e) supply chain finance services (including, without limitation, trade payable services and supplier accounts receivable purchases), but excluding Cash Management Services.
Bank Products means any of the following bank services: (a) commercial credit cards, (b) stored value cards, and (c) treasury management services (including, without limitation, controlled disbursement, automated clearinghouse transactions, return items, overdrafts and interstate depository network services).

  • The Authorized Representative may request on behalf of any of the Borrowers and the Agent (in the case of the Bank and its Affiliates) or another Lender (in the case of such other Lender and its Affiliates) may, in its sole and absolute discretion, arrange for the Borrowers to obtain from the Bank or any of its Affiliates (in the case of the Agent) or such other Lender or its Affiliates (in the case of such other Lender) Bank Products although such Borrower is not required to do so.

Bank Products means any of the following services provided to any Loan Party by any Bank Product Provider: (a) any treasury or other cash management services, including deposit accounts, automated clearing house (ACH) origination and other funds transfer, depository (including cash vault and check deposit), zero balance accounts and sweeps, return items processing, controlled disbursement accounts, positive pay, lockboxes and lockbox accounts, account reconciliation and information reporting, payables outsourcing, payroll processing, trade finance services, investment accounts and securities accounts, and (b) card services, including credit cards (including purchasing cards and commercial cards), prepaid cards, including payroll, stored value and gift cards, merchant services processing, and debit card services.
Bank Products means any facilities or services related to cash management, including treasury, depository, overdraft, credit or debit card, purchase card, electronic funds transfer and other cash management arrangements.
Bank Products means any one or more of the following types of services or facilities extended to the Borrowers by any Lender or any affiliate of a Lender in reliance on such Lender’s agreement to indemnify such affiliate: (i) ACH Transactions; (ii) cash management, including controlled disbursement services; (iii) credit cards; and (iv) Hedge Agreements.
Bank Products means any facilities or services related to cash management, including treasury, depository, overdraft, credit or debit card, automated clearing house fund transfer services, purchase card, electronic funds transfer (including non-card e-payables services) and other cash management arrangements and commercial credit card and merchant card services.
Bank Products means any service or facility extended to Administrative Borrower or its Subsidiaries by Xxxxx Fargo or any Affiliate of Xxxxx Fargo including: (a) credit cards, (b) credit card processing services, (c) debit cards, (d) purchase cards, (e) ACH Transactions, (f) cash management, including controlled disbursement, accounts or services, or (g) Hedge Agreements.
Bank Products means any one or more of the following types of services or facilities extended to the Borrower Parties by a Person who at the time such services or facilities were extended was a Lender (or any Affiliate of a Lender): (a) credit cards; (b) ACH Transactions; (c) cash management, including controlled disbursement services; and (d) the Lender Hedge Agreements.
Bank Products means any facilities or services related to cash management, including treasury, depository, overdraft, credit or debit card, purchase card, automatic clearinghouse transfer transactions, controlled disbursements, foreign exchange facilities, stored value cards, merchant services, electronic funds transfer and other cash management arrangements.
