Bank Products definition

Bank Products means any service or facility extended to any Loan Party by any Lender or its Affiliates including: (a) credit cards, (b) credit card processing services, (c) debit cards, (d) purchase cards, (e) ACH transactions, (f) cash management, including controlled disbursement, accounts or services, or (g) Hedging Agreements.
Bank Products means any services of facilities provided to any Loan Party by the Agent, any Lender, or any of their respective Affiliates, including, without limitation, on account of (a) Swap Contracts, (b) purchase cards, (c) leasing, (d) factoring, and (e) supply chain finance services (including, without limitation, trade payable services and supplier accounts receivable purchases), but excluding Cash Management Services.
Bank Products means any of the following bank services: (a) commercial credit cards, (b) stored value cards, and (c) treasury management services (including, without limitation, controlled disbursement, automated clearinghouse transactions, return items, overdrafts and interstate depository network services).

Examples of Bank Products in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, and notwithstanding anything to the contrary under this Section 2.16, so long as JPMorgan or its Affiliate is the Agent, neither JPMorgan nor any of its Affiliates extending Bank Products to any Loan shall be required to provide any notice described in this Section 2.16 in respect of such Banking Products.

  • Agent shall have no obligation to calculate the amount due and payable with respect to any Bank Products, but may rely upon the written certification of the amount due and payable from the applicable Bank Product Provider.

  • Borrowers may obtain Bank Products from any Bank Product Provider, although Borrowers are not required to do so.

Bank Products means any of the following services provided to any Loan Party by any Bank Product Provider: (a) any treasury or other cash management services, including deposit accounts, automated clearing house (ACH) origination and other funds transfer, depository (including cash vault and check deposit), zero balance accounts and sweeps, return items processing, controlled disbursement accounts, positive pay, lockboxes and lockbox accounts, account reconciliation and information reporting, payables outsourcing, payroll processing, trade finance services, investment accounts and securities accounts, and (b) card services, including credit cards (including purchasing cards and commercial cards), prepaid cards, including payroll, stored value and gift cards, merchant services processing, and debit card services.
Bank Products means any facilities or services related to cash management, including treasury, depository, overdraft, credit or debit card, purchase card, electronic funds transfer and other cash management arrangements.
Bank Products means any one or more of the following types of services or facilities extended to Fleetwood or any of its Subsidiaries by the Bank or any affiliate of the Bank in reliance on the Bank’s agreement to indemnify such affiliate: (i) credit cards; (ii) ACH Transactions; (iii) cash management, including controlled disbursement services; and (iv) Hedge Agreements.
