Secured Credit Documents definition

Secured Credit Documents means, collectively, (a) the Credit Agreement Documents, (b) the Senior Secured Notes Documents and (c) the Additional First Lien Obligations Documents.
Secured Credit Documents means (i) in respect of the Credit Facilities, the collective reference to the Credit Facilities, any notes issued pursuant thereto and the guarantees thereof, and the collateral documents relating thereto, as amended, supplemented, restated, renewed, refunded, replaced, restructured, repaid, refinanced or otherwise modified, in whole or in part, from time to time, (ii) in respect of the Notes, this Indenture, the Notes, the Guarantees and the Security Documents and (iii) any other documents or instrument evidencing or governing any other First-Priority Obligations.
Secured Credit Documents means (i) the Credit Agreement and each other Loan Document, (ii) each Initial Additional First Lien Document and (iii) each Additional First Lien Document.

  • This Agreement together with the other Secured Credit Documents and the Security Documents represents the agreement of each of the Pledgors and the Secured Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and there are no promises, undertakings, representations or warranties by any Pledgor, any Collateral Agent or any other Secured Party relative to the subject matter hereof not expressly set forth or referred to herein or in the other Secured Credit Documents or the Security Documents.
