Secured Hedging Contract definition

Secured Hedging Contract means each Hedging Contract between any Loan Party and any Person that is a Lender, an Agent or an Affiliate of a Lender or an Agent at the time it enters into such Hedging Contract.
Secured Hedging Contract means each Hedging Contract entered into by AWHI with a Person that, at the time of the entry thereof, was a Lender (or an Affiliate thereof).
Secured Hedging Contract means Commodity Hedge Agreements, Interest Rate Hedge Agreements, and the respective confirmations from time to time executed and delivered thereunder, together with all certificates, documents, instruments or agreements executed and delivered by Borrower, Parent, or any other Restricted Person for the benefit of a Secured Counterparty in connection therewith.

  • Secured Hedging Agreement means any Hedging Agreement that is entered into by and between the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary and any Hedge Bank.

  • Hedging Contract means (a) any agreement providing for options, swaps, floors, caps, collars, forward sales or forward purchases involving interest rates, commodities or commodity prices, equities, currencies, bonds, or indexes based on any of the foregoing, (b) any option, futures or forward contract traded on an exchange, and (c) any other derivative agreement or other similar agreement or arrangement.

  • Secured Hedge Agreement means any Swap Contract that is entered into by and between any Loan Party and any Hedge Bank.

  • Secured Hedging Obligations means all Hedging Obligations owing by the U.S. Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary to the Agent, a Joint Lead Arranger, Co-Documentation Agent or any Affiliate of any of the foregoing or a Person that was a Lender or an Affiliate of a Lender on the Closing Date or at the time the Hedge Agreement giving rise to such Hedging Obligations was entered into.

  • Hedging Agreement means any interest rate protection agreement, foreign currency exchange agreement, commodity price protection agreement or other interest or currency exchange rate or commodity price hedging arrangement.

  • Hedging Agreements means, collectively, interest rate protection agreements, equity index agreements, foreign currency exchange agreements, option agreements or other interest or exchange rate or commodity price hedging agreements (other than forward contracts for the delivery of power or gas written by the Borrower to its jurisdictional and wholesale customers in the ordinary course of business).

  • Hedge Agreement means a “swap agreement” as that term is defined in Section 101(53B)(A) of the Bankruptcy Code.
