Examples of Securities Administration Account in a sentence

  • The Securities Administrator shall be entitled to reimbursement of expenses to the extent provided in clause (i) above from the Securities Administration Account, provided, however, the Securities Administrator shall not be entitled to reimbursement for expenses incurred in connection with the preparation of tax returns and other reports as required by Section 6.20 and this Section.

  • The Master Servicer, at its option, may choose to make daily remittances from the Collection Account to the Securities Administrator for deposit into the Securities Administration Account.

  • On each Master Servicer Remittance Date, the entire amount on deposit in the Collection Account (subject to permitted withdrawals set forth in Section 4.02), other than amounts not included in the Total Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date shall be remitted to the Securities Administrator for deposit into the Securities Administration Account by wire transfer in immediately available funds.

  • The amount of any losses incurred in respect of any such investments shall be paid by the Securities Administrator for deposit in the Securities Administration Account out of its own funds, without any right of reimbursement therefor, immediately as realized.

  • On each Deposit Date, the entire amount on deposit in the Securities Administration Account (less any amounts withdrawn pursuant to Section 4.05(c)(i) and (ii)), shall be remitted to the Trustee for deposit into the Certificate Account by wire transfer in immediately available funds.

  • The Trustee and the Securities Administrator shall not be accountable for the use or application by the Depositor of funds paid to the Depositor in consideration of the assignment of the Mortgage Loans to the Trust Fund by the Depositor or for the use or application of any funds deposited into the Collection Account, the Certificate Account, the Securities Administration Account any Escrow Account or any other fund or account maintained with respect to the Certificates.

  • Any funds being held in the Collection Account for future distribution to Certificateholders and so used shall be replaced by the Master Servicer from its own funds by remittance to the Securities Administrator for deposit in the Securities Administration Account on or before any future Deposit Date to the extent that funds in the Certificate Account on such Deposit Date shall be less than payments to Certificateholders required to be made on the related Distribution Date.

  • The Trustee and the Securities Administrator shall not be accountable for the use or application by the Depositor of funds paid to the Depositor in consideration of the assignment of the Mortgage Loans to the Trust Fund by the Depositor or for the use or application of any funds deposited into the Collection Account, the Certificate Account, the Securities Administration Account, any Escrow Account or any other fund or account maintained with respect to the Certificates.

  • Custodial Account The separate account or accounts created and maintained pursuant to Section 4.04.

  • Securities Administrator Fee As to any Distribution Date and each Mortgage Loan, an amount equal to the product of (a) 1/12th of the Securities Administrator Fee Rate and (b) the Scheduled Principal Balance of each Mortgage Loan as of the first day of the related Collection Period. Securities Administrator Fee Rate: 0.001% per annum.

  • Sub-Servicing Account An account established by a Sub-Servicer which meets the requirements set forth in Section 3.08 and is otherwise acceptable to the Master Servicer.

  • Account Administrator means the person(s) who have been granted authority by Customer to set up, amend, or otherwise control settings and/or make additional purchases for the Account via the Administrative Portal. Account Administrators may have varying levels of Account rights, skills, or permissions.

  • Servicer Account means any account established by Servicer in connection with the servicing of the Mortgage Loans.

  • Trustee/Certificate Administrator Fee With respect to each Mortgage Loan and for any Distribution Date, an amount accrued during the related Interest Accrual Period at the Trustee/Certificate Administrator Fee Rate on, in the case of the initial Distribution Date, the Cut-Off Date Balance of such Mortgage Loan and, in the case of any subsequent Distribution Date, the Stated Principal Balance of such Mortgage Loan as of the close of business on the Distribution Date in the related Interest Accrual Period; provided that such amounts shall be computed for the same period and on the same interest accrual basis respecting which any related interest payment due or deemed due on the related Mortgage Loan is computed and shall be prorated for partial periods. For the avoidance of doubt, the Trustee/Certificate Administrator Fee shall be payable from the Lower-Tier REMIC.

  • Non-Lead Certificate Administrator means the “certificate administrator” under any Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Whole Loan Custodial Account means the “Whole Loan Custodial Account” established for the Mortgage Loan pursuant to the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Subservicing Account An account established by a Subservicer in accordance with Section 3.08.
