  • The Trustee and the Securities Administrator shall not be accountable for the use or application by the Depositor of funds paid to the Depositor in consideration of the assignment of the Mortgage Loans to the Trust Fund by the Depositor or for the use or application of any funds deposited into the Collection Account, the Certificate Account, the Securities Administration Account any Escrow Account or any other fund or account maintained with respect to the Certificates.

  • Any funds being held in the Collection Account for future distribution to Certificateholders and so used shall be replaced by the Master Servicer from its own funds by remittance to the Securities Administrator for deposit in the Securities Administration Account on or before any future Deposit Date to the extent that funds in the Certificate Account on such Deposit Date shall be less than payments to Certificateholders required to be made on the related Distribution Date.

Account Administrators may have varying levels of Account rights, skills, or permissions.

  • Servicer Account means any account established by Servicer in connection with the servicing of the Mortgage Loans.

  • Trustee/Certificate Administrator Fee With respect to each Mortgage Loan and for any Distribution Date, an amount accrued during the related Interest Accrual Period at the Trustee/Certificate Administrator Fee Rate on, in the case of the initial Distribution Date, the Cut-Off Date Balance of such Mortgage Loan and, in the case of any subsequent Distribution Date, the Stated Principal Balance of such Mortgage Loan as of the close of business on the Distribution Date in the related Interest Accrual Period; provided that such amounts shall be computed for the same period and on the same interest accrual basis respecting which any related interest payment due or deemed due on the related Mortgage Loan is computed and shall be prorated for partial periods. For the avoidance of doubt, the Trustee/Certificate Administrator Fee shall be payable from the Lower-Tier REMIC.

  • Non-Lead Certificate Administrator means the “certificate administrator” under any Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Whole Loan Custodial Account means the “Whole Loan Custodial Account” established for the Mortgage Loan pursuant to the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.
