Securities Law Approvals definition

Securities Law Approvals means any notification, authorization, approval, consent, non-objection, waiver, filing, permission, qualification, registration or notification required under any Securities Laws.
Securities Law Approvals means the following notices, approvals and consents:

Related to Securities Law Approvals

  • Required Governmental Approvals means the Company Required Governmental Approvals and the Parent Required Governmental Approvals.

  • Governmental Filings means all filings, including franchise and similar tax filings, and the payment of all fees, assessments, interests and penalties associated with such filings with all Governmental Authorities.

  • Approvals means the permits, clearances, licenses and consents as are listed in Schedule 3 hereto and any other statutory approvals.

  • Regulatory Authorizations means all approvals, clearances, authorizations, registrations, certifications, licenses and permits granted by any Regulatory Authority.

  • Export Approvals has the meaning specified in Section 4.26(a).
