Securities Lending Collateral definition

Securities Lending Collateral means any Securities Lending Cash Collateral or any Securities Lending Non-Cash Collateral, as the case may be.
Securities Lending Collateral means any cash and/or securities of any one or more Qualifying Countries with a maturity of five years or less delivered to the Issuer as collateral for the obligations of a Securities Lending Counterparty under a Securities Lending Agreement which shall be in an amount not less than 102 per cent. or such other percentage in respect of which Rating Agency Confirmation is received of the current market value of the relevant Collateral Debt Obligations provided that Securities Lending Collateral may not consist of any securities that are Dutch Ineligible Securities.
Securities Lending Collateral means any cash and/or securities of any one or more Qualifying Countries with a maturity of five years or less delivered to the Issuer as collateral for the obligations of a Securities Lending Counterparty under a Securities Lending Agreement provided that such securities shall not be Dutch Ineligible Securities.
