Underlying Collateral definition

Underlying Collateral means, with respect to a Loan Asset, any property or other assets designated and pledged or mortgaged as collateral to secure repayment of such Loan Asset, as applicable, including, without limitation, mortgaged property and/or a pledge of the stock, membership or other ownership interests in the related Obligor and all proceeds from any sale or other disposition of such property or other assets.
Underlying Collateral means any and all real or personal property, whether tangible, intangible or mixed, securing or pledged to secure a Loan, including (i) any account, equipment, guarantee or contract right, equity, partnership or other interest that is the subject of any Underlying Collateral Document and (ii) as the context requires, Acquired Property, whether or not expressly specified.

More Definitions of Underlying Collateral

Underlying Collateral means, with respect to any Receivable of any Company, all of its rights with respect to any collateral granted by the Account Debtor in connection with any loan.
