Underlying Collateral definition

Underlying Collateral means, with respect to a Loan Asset, any property or other assets designated and pledged or mortgaged as collateral to secure repayment of such Loan Asset, as applicable, including, without limitation, mortgaged property and/or a pledge of the stock, membership or other ownership interests in the related Obligor and all proceeds from any sale or other disposition of such property or other assets.
Underlying Collateral means any and all real or personal property, whether tangible, intangible or mixed, securing or pledged to secure a Loan, including (i) any account, equipment, guarantee or contract right, equity, partnership or other interest that is the subject of any Underlying Collateral Document and (ii) as the context requires, Acquired Property, whether or not expressly specified.

More Definitions of Underlying Collateral

Underlying Collateral means, with respect to any Receivable of any Company, all of its rights with respect to any collateral granted by the Account Debtor in connection with any loan.
Underlying Collateral means the Underlying Equipment leased or sold to an Underlying Obligor, or serving otherwise as collateral for a loan to an Underlying Obligor under an Underlying Contract.

Underlying Collateral has the meaning given in the Contribution Agreement. “Underlying Collateral Document” means any pledge agreement, security agreement, personal, corporate or other guaranty, deed of trust, deed, trust deed, deed to secure debt, mortgage, contract for the sale of real property, assignment, collateral agreement, stock power or other agreement or document of any kind, whether an original or a copy, whether similar to or different from those enumerated, (i) securing in any manner the performance or payment by any Borrower or any Obligor of its obligations or the obligations of any other Borrower or Obligor under any of the Loans or the Notes evidencing the Loans or (ii) evidencing ownership of any Acquired Property.
Underlying Collateral. With respect to Mortgage Contracts, the Mortgaged Property and all other property serving as collateral for the obligations of the Obligor under the related Mortgage Contract and with respect to Non-Mortgage Contracts, the property purchased pursuant to the related Non-Mortgage Contract serving as collateral for the obligations of the Obligor under the related Non-Mortgage Contract.
