Interest Accrual Period means the period beginning on (and including) the Interest Commencement Date and ending on (but excluding) the first Interest Period Date and each successive period beginning on (and including) an Interest Period Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Interest Period Date.
Accrual Period With respect to each Payment Date, the period beginning on and including the prior Payment Date (or, in the case of the first Payment Date, the Closing Date) and ending on and including the day preceding such Payment Date.
Damages Accrual Period has the meaning set forth in Section 2(e) hereof.
Class A-1 Note Interest Rate means a rate per annum equal to 0.64000%.
Class A-3 Note Interest Rate means a rate per annum equal to %.
Uncertificated Accrued Interest With respect to each REMIC Regular Interest on each Distribution Date, an amount equal to one month’s interest at the related Uncertificated Pass-Through Rate on the related Uncertificated Principal Balance or related Uncertificated Notional Amount of such REMIC Regular Interest. In each case, Uncertificated Accrued Interest will be reduced by any Prepayment Interest Shortfalls and Relief Act Interest Shortfalls (allocated to such REMIC Regular Interests as set forth in Section 1.02).
Class A-1 Interest Rate means 0.75000% per annum (computed on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed, but assuming a 360-day year).
Interest Accrual Date means with respect to any Security, the date the Company accepts funds for the purchase of the Security if such funds are received by 3:00 p.m. (EDT) on a Business Day, or if such funds are not so received, on the next Business Day.
Class A-4 Note Interest Rate means a rate per annum equal to 2.11%.
Class A-2 Note Interest Rate means a rate per annum equal to %.
Class A Note Interest Rate means a per annum rate of [ ]% [in excess of LIBOR as determined on the LIBOR Determination Date for the applicable Interest Period].
Class A-3 Interest Rate means 1.49% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).
REMIC II Remittance Rate The per annum rate at which interest accrues in respect of any REMIC II Regular Interest during any Interest Accrual Period, as set forth in or otherwise calculated in accordance with Section 2.13(f).
Note Interest Rate means a per annum rate equal to 0.06% in excess of LIBOR as determined by the Calculation Agent on the related LIBOR Determination Date with respect to each Interest Period.
LIBOR Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.
Certificate Interest Rate With respect to each Class of Certificates and any Distribution Date, the applicable per annum rate set forth or described in the Preliminary Statement hereto.
Class A-1 Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed and a 360-day year).
Group II Principal Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of the amounts described in clauses (i) through (iii) of the definition of Group II Principal Distribution Amount.
Debt Service Account means the Debt Service Account for General Obligation Temporary Notes, Series 2017-1 (within the Bond and Interest Fund) created pursuant to Section 501 hereof.
Certificate Monthly Principal Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, the Certificate Percentage of the Principal Distributable Amount for such Payment Date.
REMIC I Remittance Rate The per annum rate at which interest accrues in respect of any REMIC I Regular Interest during any Interest Accrual Period, as set forth in or otherwise calculated in accordance with Section 2.11(f).
Lower-Tier Interest Rate As described in the Preliminary Statement.
Debt Service Reserve Account as defined in the Depositary Agreement.
Yield Maintenance Account The separate trust account maintained and held by the Trustee pursuant to Section 3.16, which account shall bear a designation clearly indicating that the funds deposited therein are held in trust for the benefit of the Trust on behalf of the Class A Certificateholders, and which account provides that the Trustee may make, or cause to be made, withdrawals therefrom in accordance with Section 3.16.
Class C Note Interest Rate means a per annum rate of [ ]% [in excess of LIBOR as determined on the LIBOR Determination Date for the applicable Interest Period].
Remittance Rate With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the related Note Rate minus the Servicing Fee Rate.
