Uncertificated Accrued Interest definition

Uncertificated Accrued Interest. With respect to each REMIC Regular Interest on each Distribution Date, an amount equal to one month’s interest at the related Uncertificated Pass-Through Rate on the related Uncertificated Principal Balance or related Uncertificated Notional Amount of such REMIC Regular Interest. In each case, Uncertificated Accrued Interest will be reduced by any Prepayment Interest Shortfalls and Relief Act Interest Shortfalls (allocated to such REMIC Regular Interests as set forth in Section 1.02).
Uncertificated Accrued Interest for such Interest Accrual Period. The portion of the Uncertificated Accrued Interest with respect to any REMIC I Regular Interest for any Interest Accrual Period that shall be distributable to REMIC II, as the holder of such REMIC I Regular Interest, on the related Distribution Date pursuant to Section 4.01(j), shall be an amount (herein referred to as the “Uncertificated Distributable Interest” with respect to such REMIC I Regular Interest for the related Distribution Date) equal to (i) the Uncertificated Accrued Interest with respect to such REMIC I Regular Interest for the related Interest Accrual Period, reduced (to not less than zero) by (ii) the portion of any Net Aggregate Prepayment Interest Shortfall for such Distribution Date that is allocable to such REMIC I Regular Interest. For purposes of the foregoing, the Net Aggregate Prepayment Interest Shortfall, if any, for each Distribution Date shall be allocated among all the REMIC I Regular Interests on a pro rata basis in accordance with their respective amounts of Uncertificated Accrued Interest for the related Interest Accrual Period. If the entire Uncertificated Distributable Interest with respect to any REMIC I Regular Interest for any Distribution Date is not deemed distributed to REMIC II, as the holder of such REMIC I Regular Interest, on such Distribution Date pursuant to Section 4.01(j), then the unpaid portion of such Uncertificated Distributable Interest shall be distributable with respect to such REMIC I Regular Interest for future Distribution Dates as provided in such Section 4.01(j).
Uncertificated Accrued Interest. With respect to each REMIC Regular Interest on each Distribution Date, an amount equal to one month’s interest at the related Uncertificated REMIC Pass-Through Rate on the Uncertificated Principal Balance of such REMIC Regular Interest. In each case, Uncertificated Accrued Interest will be reduced by any Net Prepayment Interest Shortfalls, Relief Act Interest Shortfalls (allocated to such REMIC Regular Interests based on their respective entitlements to interest irrespective of any Net Prepayment Interest Shortfalls and Relief Act Interest Shortfalls for such Distribution Date).
