Examples of Security Held or to be Acquired by a Fund in a sentence
A "Security Held or to be Acquired" by a Fund means (i) any Covered Security which, within the most recent 15 days (A) is or has been held by the Fund or (B) is being or has been considered by the Fund or the Adviser for purchase by the Fund and (ii) any option to purchase or sell, and any security convertible into or exchangeable for, a Covered Security described in the preceding clause (i).
Report to the Ethics Committee the facts contained in any reports filed with the Designated Officer pursuant to section 9 of this Code when any such report indicates that an Access Person may have engaged in a transaction in a Security Held or to be Acquired by a Fund in a manner which is inconsistent with this Code.
