Security Holder definition

Security Holder means the holder of a Security.
Security Holder means each holder of a co-ownership interest in the Securities pursuant to §§ 3 paragraph 2, 9 paragraph 1 eWpG, which may be transferred pursuant to the relevant regulations of the Clearing System and applicable law.
Security Holder means any registered owner of the Security and any beneficial owner of the Security within the meaning of Rule 13d-3 promulgated by the Securities and Exchange Commission under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
