Security or Securities means Money Market Securities, common or preferred stocks, options, bonds, debentures, corporate debt securities, notes, mortgages or other obligations, and any certificates, receipts, warrants or other instruments representing rights to receive, purchase or subscribe for the same, or evidencing or representing any other rights or interest therein, or any property or assets.

Security Measures has the meaning given in Section 7.1.1 (Google’s Security Measures).
LCR Security means any commercial paper or security (other than equity securities issued to Parent or any Originator that is a consolidated subsidiary of Parent under GAAP) within the meaning of Paragraph .32(e)(viii) of the final rules titled Liquidity Coverage Ratio: Liquidity Risk Measurement Standards, 79 Fed. Reg. 197, 61440 et seq. (October 10, 2014).
Security Vulnerability means a flaw or weakness in system security procedures, design, implementation, or internal controls that could be exercised (accidentally triggered or intentionally exploited) and result in a security breach such that data is compromised, manipulated or stolen or the system damaged.
technical and organisational security measures means those measures aimed at protecting personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure or access, in particular where the processing involves the transmission of data over a network, and against all other unlawful forms of processing.

System Security means the secure state of the Grid achieved when the System Operator acts in accordance with its principal performance obligations in relation to common quality and dispatch that are set out in Part 7 of the Code;
Race or sex scapegoating means assigning fault, blame, or bias to a race or sex, or to members of a race or sex because of their race or sex; and
Cyber Security means the condition in which road vehicles and their functions are protected from cyber threats to electrical or electronic components.
Cybersecurity means the measures taken to protect a computer, computer network, or computer system against unauthorized use or access.
Successor Security of any particular Security means every Security issued after, and evidencing all or a portion of the same debt as that evidenced by, such particular Security; and, for the purposes of this definition, any Security authenticated and delivered under Section 3.7 in exchange for or in lieu of a mutilated, destroyed, lost or stolen Security shall be deemed to evidence the same debt as the mutilated, destroyed, lost or stolen Security.
Similar Security means a reference bond or reference bonds issued by the same issuer as the Reference Security having an actual or interpolated maturity comparable with the remaining term of the Notes that would be utilised, at the time of selection and in accordance with customary financial practice, in pricing new issues of corporate debt securities of comparable maturity to the remaining term of the Notes.
Registered Global Security means a Security evidencing all or a part of a series of Registered Securities, issued to the Depositary for such series in accordance with Section 2.02, and bearing the legend prescribed in Section 2.02.
Security Value means the amount in Dollars (as certified by the Bank whose certificate shall, in the absence of manifest error, be conclusive and binding on the Borrowers and the Bank) which is, at any relevant time, the aggregate of (i) the market value of the Mortgaged Ships as most recently determined in accordance with clause 8.2.2 and (ii) the market value of any additional security for the time being actually provided to the Bank pursuant to clause 8.2;
NIST Cybersecurity Framework means the U.S. Department of Commerce National Institute for Standards and Technology Framework for Improving Critical Infrastructure Cybersecurity (Version 1.1).
Quasi-Security means an arrangement or transaction described in paragraph (b) below.
Race or sex stereotyping means ascribing character traits, values, moral and ethical codes, privileges, status, or beliefs to a race or sex, or to an individual because of his or her race or sex.
Indexed Security means a Security the terms of which provide that the principal amount thereof payable at Stated Maturity may be more or less than the principal face amount thereof at original issuance.
Restricted Global Security As defined in Section 3.01(c).
Security Schedule means Schedule 2 hereto.
Baseline Personnel Security Standard means the pre-employment controls for all civil servants, members of the Armed Forces, temporary staff and government contractors generally.
Computer Security Procedures means procedures for prevention of unauthorized computer access and use and administration of computer access and use as provided in writing to the Underwriter.
Security means a mortgage, charge, pledge, lien or other security interest securing any obligation of any person or any other agreement or arrangement having a similar effect.
Physical Safeguards are physical measures, policies, and procedures to protect CONTRACTOR’s electronic information systems and related buildings and equipment, from natural and environmental hazards, and unauthorized intrusion.
Physical Security has the meaning specified in Section 303.
