Seed Business definition

Seed Business means the manufacture, design or marketing of the Sellers’ Affiliate’s Centerflow TM product and any product designed for the purpose of storing or distributing seed, or any product that is similar to, substantially related to, or competitive with the Centerflow TM product.
Seed Business means doing business in the production and marketing of the seeds;
Seed Business means the commercial distribution of seed by producing, importing or obtaining it from the producer or importer;

  • In performing work for the Seed Business, the Subsidiaries were permitted to use Intellectual Property of Sellers, including without limitation certain patents.

Seed Business referred to herein shall mean the activities relating to processing and treatment of the produced seeds through conditioning , grading, drying and coating, as well as packaging , labeling and marketing.
