Segregated Series definition

Segregated Series is defined in Section 2.3(b) of the Base Indenture.
Segregated Series means each Series of Segregated Notes issued and authenticated pursuant to the Base Indenture and the applicable Segregated Series Supplement.

Related to Segregated Series

  • Segregated Account means a client bank account as defined by and held in accordance with the Applicable Regulations.

  • Series Account means any deposit, securities, trust, escrow or similar account maintained for the benefit of the Investor Certificateholders of any Series or Class, as specified in any Supplement.

  • Series Accounts means, collectively, the Finance Charge Account, the Principal Account, the Principal Accumulation Account, the Distribution Account, the Reserve Account and the Spread Account.

  • Issuer Accounts means, collectively, the Excess Funding Account, the Collection Account and any Supplemental Issuer Account, including any Sub-Accounts thereof.

  • Special Account means the account referred to in Section 2.02 (b) of this Agreement;
