Seller Information System definition

Seller Information System is defined as any Information System owned and/or operated by Seller or owned/operated by a third party on behalf of Seller that collects, processes, maintains, uses, shares, disseminates, or disposes Information.

  • Data Room Information means the information and documents listed in the index of documents contained in the Data Site attached to the Company Disclosure Letter;
