Seller has not breached, or received in writing any claim or notice that it has breached, any of the terms or conditions of any material agreement, contract or commitment filed as an exhibit to the Seller SEC Reports ("Seller Material Contracts") in such a manner as, individually or in the aggregate, are reasonably likely to have a Seller Material Adverse Effect.
In addition (as applicable), Section 2.6(b) of the Seller Disclosure Schedule sets forth reasonably complete details about such Seller Material Contracts, including the parties to such Seller Material Contracts, the amount of the remaining commitment of Seller under such Seller Material Contracts and the Seller offices where details relating to the Seller Material Contracts are located.
