Seller Pension Plan definition

Seller Pension Plan shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 4.15(a) of the Agreement.

Seller Pension Plan means the Aquila, Inc. Retirement Income Plan, as amended from time to time.

Seller Pension Plan means each Seller Employee Plan that is an “employee pension benefit plan,” within the meaning of Section 3(2) of ERISA.

• All other Liabilities relating in any manner to any Seller Pension Plan shall be retained or assumed by Seller or its applicable post-Closing Affiliate.
