The Public Service. Superannuation Act shall become a term and condition of employment as if its provisions were contained in this Agreement. ARTICLE
The Public Service. ALLIANCE OF CANADA (YUKON EMPLOYEES' UNION), a trade union within the meaning of the Canada Labour Code, of the said City of Whitehorse, in Yukon Territory (hereinafter called "the Union").
The Public Service. Act establishes procedures for collective bargaining and the settlement of grievances. Disciplinary action may be taken, which will include penalties up to and including discharge, for participation in arrangements contrary to the Public Service Act for conducting grievances, disputes and collective bargaining.
The Public Service. Staff Relations Act provides penalties for engaging in illegal strikes. Disciplinary action may also be taken, which will include penalties up to and including discharge, for participation in an illegal strike as defined in the Public Service Staff Relations Act.
