Seller’s Share definition

Seller’s Share of any amount means the greater of: (a) $0 and (b) such amount minus the product of (i) such amount multiplied by (ii) the Purchased Interest.
Seller’s Share means the Seller’s share of Collections deposited into the Deposit Accounts, calculated as 100% minus the Aggregate Participation.

More Definitions of Seller’s Share

Seller’s Share of any amount means (x) 100% minus the Asset Interest (but such Asset Interest shall not be greater than 100%) times (y) such amount.
