Senior Debt to Total Assets Ratio definition

Senior Debt to Total Assets Ratio means, at any date, the percentage obtained by dividing (i) Consolidated Senior Debt as of the last day of the most recently ended Test Period by (ii) Consolidated Total Assets as of the last day of the most recently ended Test Period.

  • Consolidated First Lien Leverage Ratio means, as of any date of determination, the ratio of (a) Consolidated First Lien Indebtedness as of such date to (b) Consolidated EBITDA for the period of the four fiscal quarters of the Borrower most recently ended.

  • Consolidated First Lien Net Leverage Ratio means, with respect to any Test Period, the ratio of (a) Consolidated First Lien Net Debt as of the last day of such Test Period to (b) Consolidated EBITDA for such Test Period.

  • Consolidated Secured Leverage Ratio means, as of any date of determination, the ratio of (x) Consolidated Total Indebtedness secured by a Lien as of such date to (y) LTM EBITDA.

  • Consolidated Secured Net Leverage Ratio means, with respect to any Test Period, the ratio of (a) Consolidated Secured Net Debt as of the last day of such Test Period to (b) Consolidated EBITDA for such Test Period.

  • Consolidated Leverage Ratio means, as of any date of determination, the ratio of (a) Consolidated Funded Indebtedness as of such date to (b) Consolidated EBITDA for the most recently completed Measurement Period.

  • Leverage Ratio means the ratio as of the last day of any Fiscal Quarter of (i) Consolidated Total Debt as of such day to (ii) Consolidated Adjusted EBITDA for the four-Fiscal Quarter period ending on such date.

  • Consolidated Total Net Leverage Ratio means, with respect to any Test Period, the ratio of (a) Consolidated Total Net Debt as of the last day of such Test Period to (b) Consolidated EBITDA for such Test Period.
