Senior PIK Preferred Stock definition

Senior PIK Preferred Stock means the Corporation's 12 1/4% Senior Exchangeable Preferred Stock issued on January 22, 1998 and mandatorily redeemable 2008.
Senior PIK Preferred Stock shall have the meaning set forth in recital (C) hereto.
Senior PIK Preferred Stock means the 12% senior preferred stock of the Company with a liquidation preference of $25 per share.
