Senior Principal Increase definition

Senior Principal Increase means any increase in the principal amount of the Senior Facilities (including, without limitation, any increase under provisions in the Senior Facilities Agreement equivalent to clause 2.2 (Incremental Facilities) or 2.3 (Increase) of the LMA Reference Document);
Senior Principal Increase means in relation to an amendment or waiver of the Senior Finance Documents which is permitted under such Senior Finance Document and the Senior Facilities Agreement, the extent to which the Senior Principal immediately after that amendment or waiver would (as a result of that amendment or waiver and after taking account of any repayment or cancellation to be effected at the same time as, or immediately after, that amendment or waiver) incrementally exceed the Senior Principal as at the Closing Date.
Senior Principal Increase means in relation to a relevant Permitted Variation (or to a proposed relevant Permitted Variation), the extent to which the Senior Principal immediately upon that relevant Permitted Variation becoming unconditionally effective, would (as a result of that relevant Permitted Variation (and after taking account of any repayment or cancellation to be effected at the same time as, or immediately after, that relevant Permitted Variation)), incrementally exceed the Senior Principal as at the date of this Agreement.
